Clinic & Organization Settings

2 min readFor administrators

If your account has admin access, you'll find two extra views in Rebrief: an Admin Dashboard that rolls up activity across your clinics, and an Organization settings page for account-level controls.

Admin Dashboard

The Admin Dashboard gives you a bird's-eye view of activity across the clinics tied to your account.

Overview metrics

At the top of the dashboard you'll see a set of headline metrics, along with more detailed groupings for portfolio, quality, and financial performance. Each metric shows a current value, how it's changed recently, and — where useful — a small trend chart.

Clinic-by-clinic breakdowns

Below the headline numbers, several measures are broken out per clinic, including:

  • Transcription activity by clinic
  • New patients by clinic
  • Feature adoption rate by clinic
  • How close each clinic is to its plan limit

At-risk and top-performing clinics

The dashboard also flags:

  • At-risk clinics — clinics that have gone quiet, along with the reason and how many days since they were last active
  • Most productive clinics — clinics with the most completed appointments, documents generated, and estimated time saved

You'll also find a weekly activity trend (appointments and documents over recent weeks), a breakdown of clinics by subscription plan, and a per-clinic utilization view.

Tip: Use the at-risk list to spot clinics that may need a check-in before they go inactive.

Organization settings

The Organization settings page is where organization-wide account controls live.

Clinic ownership

Today, this page shows clinic ownership — which account a clinic belongs to. Reassigning ownership isn't self-service: it's handled by Rebrief administrators on your behalf, so reach out to support if you need a change.

Note: Organization-level controls for multi-clinic accounts are still being built out. Organization settings is intentionally minimal right now — expect more controls to appear here over time.

Who has access

Only users with admin access on their account can open the Admin Dashboard and Organization settings. If you don't have admin access, you won't see these views.
