Runs where the practice runs.
The Bridge lives on a workstation inside your practice and works with your PMS locally — your database stays in the building. It is the shortest path in the system, and the most protected one.
Install
Three steps. No IT project.
The Bridge installs like any Windows app — download, run, sign in. There is no server to stand up, no database migration, and nothing for your PMS vendor to approve. Most practices are connected the same afternoon the installer lands.

How it works
- 01Download the installer and run it on the Windows workstation where your PMS lives — the front desk PC works fine.
- 02Click through the installer. It takes about a minute and installs for your user account.
- 03Sign in with your Rebrief account. The Bridge links itself to your clinic and gets to work.

For supported systems the connection works out of the box: the Bridge finds the PMS on the workstation and links to it locally. And if anything needs a hand — a first-time setup, an unusual install, a connection that drops — a Rebrief technician can set it up and troubleshoot it with you remotely. You never debug this alone.

Automatic updates
Install once. It stays current.
The Bridge keeps itself up to date. It checks for new versions in the background, downloads them quietly, and applies them the next time it closes — it never restarts itself in the middle of an appointment. If the update service is ever unreachable, the Bridge simply keeps working as it is.
Material changes are recorded in the changelog, so you can always see what a new version brought.
