Periodontal charting has been redesigned from the ground up.

• A clearer chart. Pocket depths, recession, bleeding, and mobility now read at a glance, with a visual layout modeled on how clinicians scan a perio chart — not how a database stores one.
• Custom probing orders. Every hygienist probes differently. You can now define the exact sequence you work in — quadrant by quadrant, buccal-first, lingual sweeps — and voice charting follows along.
• A smarter cursor. The chart always shows exactly which site is next, so you can glance up mid-exam and never lose your place.

Existing perio data carries over automatically. Custom probing orders are available today in charting settings.

Two upgrades to clinical documentation shipped together.

• End-of-visit refinement. When you end a visit, Rebrief re-processes the full appointment audio and gives the clinical note one final pass — filling gaps and adding missed detail. The pass is strictly additive: nothing you wrote or approved is ever rewritten or removed. Audio is permanently deleted once the note is finalized.
• Note revision history. Every clinical note now keeps a complete, replayable history of how it was written — what came from dictation, what the AI drafted, and what a team member typed — with clear attribution on every change. Audit questions that used to take an afternoon now take a click.

Both are on by default for all practices. Nothing changes in your workflow — end the visit as usual and the refined note is waiting.

Voice charting got a major speed pass.

• Instant measurements. Numbers and charting commands are now processed locally in your browser, so pocket depths appear on the chart the moment you say them — even on slow clinic networks.
• Audible confirmation. A subtle sound cue confirms each entry as it lands, so you can chart heads-down without watching the screen. Cues can be toggled per user in preferences.
• Faster turn-taking. The system detects the end of each utterance sooner, cutting the pause between speaking and seeing the result.

No setup required — every practice gets the faster pipeline automatically.
