What do I get on the free plan?
Rebrief in your web browser, free, with no credit card. It covers about five appointments a week: 200 minutes of transcribing and 200 agent credits a month. Agent credits pay for answers, documents and aftercare summaries. Nothing rolls over. The free plan doesn't connect to your practice software.
What's the difference between Essentials and Professional?
How much you can use, the support, and the guarantee. Both have every feature. Essentials covers about 20 appointments a week. Professional covers about 140, with priority support and a 30-day money-back guarantee.
How does billing work?
Starter is free, with no card. Essentials is $39 per clinic a month, billed monthly, with a card at signup. Professional and Enterprise can be billed yearly or monthly. Yearly billing saves $360 a year on Professional and 20% on Enterprise. Professional is $149 per clinic a month billed yearly, or $179 monthly. Enterprise is $500 a month plus $100 per seat billed yearly, or $625 plus $125 per seat monthly. Prices are in Canadian dollars, before tax.
What happens when I run out of minutes?
Transcribing stops until your next billing month starts, or you can move to a bigger plan. Your notes and charts stay open either way.
What are agent credits?
Minutes pay for transcribing. Agent credits pay for everything else Rebrief does for you: answers, documents, aftercare summaries and jobs in your practice software. An answer usually uses 5 to 15 credits, and a job 10 to 25. Failed jobs are free. We warn you at 70% and 90%. Credits reset each month.
How does the money-back guarantee work?
If Professional isn't right for your practice, tell us within 30 days of your first payment. We refund it in full.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from Settings. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. Then your account pauses, and your notes and charts are kept for when you come back.

Does Rebrief work with my practice software?
You can copy any note into any system. On paid plans, Rebrief for Windows works with Open Dental, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, ABELDent, Tracker, MaxiDent and Medesync.
How long does setup take?
The free plan is ready when you sign up. On a paid plan, install Rebrief for Windows on the computer with your practice software, then sign in. It needs no IT help.
How is my data handled?
It's encrypted when it's sent and when it's stored, and each clinic's data is kept separate. Your records are stored in Toronto, Canada. More on our Security page.
