Your dashboard

3 min read

Your dashboard is the home screen of Rebrief. It opens with a quick greeting and gives you a single view of what is happening at your practice today, plus shortcuts into the work that matters most.

The welcome row

At the top you will see a time-of-day greeting ("Good Morning", "Good Afternoon", or "Good Evening") followed by your name, and a short line: "Here is what is happening at your practice today."

On the right side of this row is your clinic logo.

  • If your clinic has not added a logo yet, you will see an Upload Clinic Logo button. Click it to pick an image file (PNG, SVG, or WebP), and Rebrief saves it to your clinic's workspace.
  • Once a logo is set, it appears here in place of the upload button.

Tip: For the cleanest result, upload a logo with a transparent background. Rebrief tints the shape to match the app's color, so a solid white background may fill in as a block.

The stats row

Below the welcome row are four summary cards:

  • Time Saved This Week — a featured card showing your estimated hours saved, with a small trend line. This is an estimate based on the appointments you have completed in Rebrief.
  • Appointments Completed — the total number of appointments recorded for your clinic.
  • Documents Created — the total number of clinical notes Rebrief has produced.
  • Est. Production Recovered — an estimate of the production value tied to the work you have completed.

These numbers reflect your whole clinic, not just your own activity.

Your Agents

A horizontal strip labeled Your Agents shows the Rebrief assistants and their current status. Each one has a small badge, a name, and a status such as:

  • Needs approval — something is waiting for you to review and approve.
  • Working — the assistant is actively running.
  • Up to date — nothing needs your attention right now.

If the strip holds more agents than fit on screen, arrow buttons appear on the edges so you can scroll left and right. This strip is for status only; you act on items elsewhere in the app.

Today's Patients

The Today's Patients card lays out today's schedule by provider. Each provider gets their own column with a colored bar, and their appointments are listed underneath with the time, patient name, and (when available) the procedure.

  • The subtitle shows today's date and how many appointments are scheduled.
  • Use the refresh button (the circular-arrows icon in the top-right of the card) to pull in the latest schedule.
  • If nothing is scheduled, you will see a Schedule Patient Appointment button that takes you to your calendar.

Today's CareGuard Alerts

This section surfaces follow-up items, overdue treatments, and clinical flags found while monitoring patient charts. When there is nothing to review, it simply reads "No alerts for today."

Recent Appointments

At the bottom is a list of your most recent appointments. Each row shows the patient's name, how long ago the appointment was (Today, Yesterday, a number of days ago, or a date), and a status badge such as completed, active, or cancelled.

  • Click any row to open that appointment.
  • Use View all in the section header to go to your patient list.
  • On a brand-new clinic, you will see a prompt to create your first appointment.

Note: The dashboard updates as you complete appointments and create notes, so the counts and lists here grow on their own — there is nothing extra to set up.
